Description

HFU660UY200J Bowey Replaces Pall High Flow Water Filter Elements

Description
Bowey large flow water filter elements are used in condensate water systems. More than 90% of metal contaminants are granular, and most of them are iron. The particle size is mainly 6~15μm. Therefore, when the unit is started, the condensate water must be desalted or filtered to remove solid matter. The inside-out structure of the high-flow water filter element makes it easy to replace the filter element while keeping pollutants trapped inside the filter element. The large-flow water filter element uses a combination of surface filtration and depth filtration, so that the throughput of a single filter can reach 70m³/h. Compared with ordinary filter elements, it can significantly reduce the number of filter elements and significantly reduce the size of the supporting housing. Reduce the number of filter element replacements and unnecessary losses during use, and improve work efficiency.

Features
Bowey High Flow Series filters feature advanced pleating technology to maximize available filter area, increase flow capacity, and extend filter life for a variety of applications. The result is greater flow with fewer filters, for a more sustainable solution. Sturdy O-rings reduce the possibility of fluid bypass. Bowey tightly controls specifications during the manufacturing process to create filter media with absolute filtration accuracy characteristics. Pleated filters have a uniform matrix, effluent quality, and high particle removal efficiency, with high particle removal efficiency and contaminant holding capacity over the life of the filter. The fluffy media design helps prevent premature clogging of the outer surface of the filter element and promotes full utilization of the media, thereby achieving the best combination of particle removal efficiency and contaminant holding capacity.
